Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hobart, TAS, for a Psychosocial Recovery Coach. The successful candidate will work closely with participants to develop and implement personalised recovery plans, provide coaching and support to achieve individual goals, and assist with building valuable skills. This role also involves providing guidance in overcoming challenges with mental health and collaborating with other support services to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
* Experience in Peer Support and Recovery Coaching
* Expertise in Addiction Recovery and Coaching
* Ability to deliver Training and mentorship to empower individuals
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated understanding of NDIS practices and frameworks
* Relevant qualification in mental health, community services, or a related field
* Previous experience in psychosocial recovery services is highly advantageous
* Commitment to fostering participant independence and well-being
