Medical Receptionist
Location: Cobram
EFT/Hours: 0.4 EFT (32 Hours per Fortnight)
Status: Permanent Part Time
Hourly Rate: $27.75 - $32.70 per hour plus 12% superannuation
About the Role
NCN Health is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our GP Medical Clinic in Cobram. This key position requires a broad skill set to manage the full range of reception duties, support the smooth operation of the clinic, and contribute to high‐quality patient care. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer service while helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently day to day.
About You
* Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
* Vaccination against Covid‐19 (recommended)
* Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent
* Ability to work in a busy office environment to self‐manage demanding and changing workloads and competing priorities
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
* Previous medical reception experience (desired)
* Best Practice software knowledge (desired)
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrated capacity for using initiative and ability to work unsupervised
