Employment Status: Permanent part-time position offering 60+ hours per fortnight. Availability required for all shifts: mornings (6am - 2:30pm), afternoons (2pm - 10:30pm), and nights (10pm - 6:30am), including every second weekend.

Remuneration: $34.65 per hour + Superannuation + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (which increases your take-home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

About The Role
As a Personal Carer, you will provide care to residents in our residential home, supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life through activities such as:
- Assisting with daily living activities including showering, personal hygiene, meal support, and mobility
- Providing care in accordance with individualised Care Plans
- Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities
Role Requirements
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Confidence to pass relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
