Talent Right has partnered with Brighta Group to appoint a Business Development Specialist. This role focuses on driving new client acquisition and revenue growth across Brighta's Strategy, Brand, Web, CRM, and Digital services. 
We are seeking a proven HubSpot sales professional to leverage solution-based B2B selling and position Brighta's B2B Growth Methodology, securing engagements across multiple service lines. The role offers a competitive base and scaled commission with significant earning potential for the right candidate. 
Ideal Candidate 
You're a commercially sharp, outcome-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships with C-Suite decision-makers. You can clearly articulate ROI-based value propositions that win trust and close deals across marketing, branding, CRM, and digital disciplines. You are entrepreneurial, motivated by performance-based rewards, and adaptable to working across multiple B2B industries and disciplines. This is a 100% remote opportunity based in Australia or New Zealand. 
Key Requirements 
- 3-5+ years' B2B business development and solution selling 
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, CRM, and digital ecosystems 
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles 
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at C-Suite level 
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting) 
Key Responsibilities 
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new clients 
- Run structured discovery calls and workshops to uncover challenges and map Brighta solutions 
- Represent the full Brighta service suite (Strategy, Brand, Web, CRM, Digital) and cross-sell to maximise deal value 
- Deliver tailored proposals and ROI-focused pitches to senior decision-makers 
- Manage pipeline opportunities end-to-end, maintaining accuracy in HubSpot CRM 
- Lead presentations, negotiations, and secure signed agreements before handing over to delivery teams 
- Contribute to Brighta's revenue targets by consistently achieving close-won outcomes
