They are seeking a skilled Civil Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and coordinate small to medium projects.
About the Role Reporting to the Civil Maintenance Superintendent, you will plan and coordinate both scheduled and reactive maintenance works.
You'll manage contractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage building and civil contractors for planned/reactive maintenance and major projectsOversee procurement, documentation, and maintenance schedulesAssist in budget preparation, scheduling, and tender processesEnsure works are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety standardsPrepare and review Risk Management Plans and Job Safety AnalysesUpdate asset registers and ensure alignment with corporate plansCoordinate works with other trades and manage SIMOPS Qualifications & Experience Civil Trade Qualification or extensive experience in civil/building infrastructureCertificate IV or Diploma in a relevant fieldExperience in supervision, project management, and contract administrationStrong knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practicesAbility to scope, schedule, and manage medium-sized maintenance/construction projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and computer skillsValid C or CA class driver's licence (vehicle provided for site visits only) Apply Now If you're a hands-on professional with a passion for infrastructure and maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.
