The successful candidate will benefit from the mentorship of an experienced General Counsel and ongoing collaboration with the C-suite.
You will work with top tier partners and be exposed to interesting legal matters that will require cross collaboration with multiple business units.

The Role Role Highlights: Provide advice on high-value developments, collaborating with top-tier external counsel.
Assist with both front and back-end construction matters.
Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures Draft, review, and negotiate agreements.
Partner with external counsel to manage litigation.
Work closely with the C-suite.
