The Project Co‐ordinator is responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day coordination and administration of projects to ensure smooth workflow, timely procurement, accurate documentation, and effective communication between departments. This role assists with project tracking, inventory management, purchasing, invoicing, and document control while supporting the broader project and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend weekly project meetings and record, allocate, and monitor action items
* Raise purchase orders and procure stock and inventory required for projects
* Receipt incoming goods and allocate materials to relevant jobs
* Monitor goods inward processes and allocate items to electrical technicians or warehouse locations
* Maintain and update the Job Register
* Follow up outstanding orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Assist with ad‐hoc quotations as required
* Prepare and process end‐of‐month invoicing
* Review and check Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy
* Create and maintain job files, including job cards and work orders
* Assist with document control and project documentation where required
* Support project teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a project coordination, administration, or operations support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with purchasing, inventory, or warehouse coordination preferred
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/job management systems
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
