We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our team in a rewarding part-time position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a close-knit group of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
The role involves:
* Providing skilled health assessment, diagnosis and treatment services to patients;
* Ordering diagnostic tests as needed and checking and informing patients of results;
* Referring patients appropriately to other providers if their needs exceed your range of care;
* Consulting and collaborating with colleagues to provide optimal care;
Key responsibilities include:
* Documenting all care provided and education/information given to patients within their health record;
* Maintaining professional knowledge and standards through continuing medical education and personal professional development;
* Practising medicine in a way that reflects our values and mission;
* Providing services courteously and respectfully, with regard to the cultural beliefs and needs of patients;
Requirements:
* Registration as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia;
* Current medical indemnity insurance;
* Current driver's licence;
