* This is a unique opportunity to lead a centre-led procurement branch in our Finance, Technology & Commercial Division. You will be responsible for driving consistency, compliance, and capability uplift across the enterprise through developing, implementing, and continuously improving a centre-led procurement operating model.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Establish and update enterprise-wide procurement policy frameworks keeping pace with changing legislation, regulations, and organisational goals.
* Design scalable, user-friendly processes supporting both compliance and innovation across goods, services, and construction procurement.
* Manage and ensure NSW Procurement Accreditation for Goods and Services, maintaining compliance with government requirements and driving continuous improvement in alignment with accreditation standards.
* Develop training and development programs to embed procurement excellence and uplift capability across all divisions.
* Align procurement frameworks with best practices in category management, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
* Provide expert guidance on policy and framework compliance while promoting procurement excellence and continuous improvement.
* Embed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into procurement to support sustainability commitments and maintain accreditation.
* Lead enterprise-level procurement performance reporting, using data and insights to monitor compliance, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement.
* Build, grow, and lead a high-performing team of procurement professionals ensuring policies and processes align with regulatory obligations, government expectations, and accreditation requirements.
