These positions are full-time casual contracts until 19/03/2026, paying $***** per hour plus super.Role DutiesResponding to a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone and electronic channelsProviding accurate information and resolving enquiries at first point of contact where possibleManaging and updating customer records across internal systemsEscalating complex or sensitive matters in line with internal proceduresMaintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer care at all timesSupporting broader team and operational requirements as neededAbout YouA minimum of two consecutive years' experience working within a call centre or high-volume contact centre environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a diverse customer baseThe ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused when managing challenging or escalated enquiriesHigh attention to detail and the ability to accurately navigate multiple systemsA flexible, adaptable mindset and willingness to embrace new processes and informationPrevious experience within a government call centre environment will be highly regardedNOTE: Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
