Role Overview
The Clinical Manager role has responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management to site-based team members.
The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team.
* Consultation and engagement with a wide range of professionals.
* Knowledge & understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions & clinical practice.
Highly developed communication skills and the ability to engage with consumers, advocate on their behalf and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Must have one of the following: mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR a Mental Health Social Worker, with eligibility for related registration.
* Current C class drivers license.
* Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC and NDIS worker screening.
