Full-time, 18-month leadership development program in Food & Beverage Operations at The Westin Brisbane, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and career growth with Marriott International.


Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

* Participating in the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program, a full-time, paid development program for recent graduates.
* Engaging in hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum at a Marriott International managed hotel.
* Building upon academic skills through real-world assignments in Food & Beverage Operations.
* Cultivating customer relationships and championing innovation within the organization.
* Gaining exposure to managing projects and people, and improving processes through the Voyage project.
* Taking on special projects that utilize all training received.
* Participating in management meetings and collaborating with Voyage participants worldwide.
* Solving challenges, offering ideas and innovative solutions, and providing feedback on the curriculum.
* Completing mini-rotations across various hotel disciplines to understand hotel functions.
* Connecting with current and former Voyage participants through social collaboration tools.


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or currently enrolled with expected graduation within 12 months of application).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-level education required (Associate's degree acceptable for Culinary).
* Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively.
* Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude.
* A real desire for personal and professional growth.
* Work authorization in the country of application.
