Be the pivotal role at the heart of governance, risk, and compliance—where your expertise safeguards the business and drives operational excellence.
The Governance, Risk & Compliance Coordinator supports the organisation's governance, risk, and compliance framework by coordinating and administering activities related to risk management, company insurance policies, regulatory and business compliance, and asset management. The role would also be responsible for property lease and contract management. It ensures that all practices align with legal requirements, internal policies, and strategic objectives, thereby protecting the organisation’s assets, enhancing operational resilience, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
About You :
* Bachelor / Diploma qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or similar field
* Significant experience in coordinating company insurances, governance, risk and compliance activities (finance audits, aged care or NDIS desirable)
* Proven experience in building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships at all levels
* Ability to work autonomously, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes in efficient timeframes
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and willingness to seek solutions
* Ability to manage change, think strategically and be innovative in identifying process improvements
* Strong writing skills, with the ability to prepare and edit documents, and produce analytical reports
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle sensitive situations
* Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint & TEAMS
Essential Licences / Clearances
* National Police check
* NT working with vulnerable people check (Ochre card)
* NDIS Workers screening or ability to obtain
* NLC Work permit (with assistance)
