The Role
This role is responsible for leading workforce labour modelling, analytics, reporting and governance to support effective labour investment and performance outcomes. Working closely with operations, finance and P&C, you'll provide commercial insight that informs decision making, improves trading performance and ensures strong award compliance. The role plays a key part in delivering meaningful reporting, and supporting leaders with clear, actionable labour insights under a new operating model.
You Will Provide
* Workforce labour modelling, forecasting and reporting across operations
* Value driven trade and commercial reporting for operations leadership
* Strong compliance across rostering, pay and award interpretation
* Strategic workforce insights, risk identification and improvement initiatives
* Development of consistent reporting frameworks, scorecards and KPIs
* Cost evaluation of initiatives and ROI tracking

About You
* Proven experience in workforce management, commercial operations or labour analytics
* Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical skills
* Sound knowledge of awards, compliance and workforce governance
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration
* Experience operating in large, complex, multi-site environments
