As a Store Manager, You Will
Lead with Excellence: Coach and motivate your team to achieve everyday excellence. Elevate Customer Service: Personalize every customer interaction and ensure exceptional service. Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste. Balance Priorities: Navigate a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with skill and efficiency. Learn the ropes, build your leadership skills, and hit the ground running Flex across the Shoalhaven region, supporting stores and gaining real-world experience.
