About the Opportunity We are on the lookout for an experienced Health Information Management Workforce & Services Manager to join us. Work from the comfort of your home with the possibility of occasional onsite client visits.
This role will be responsible for the following:
* Direct responsibility for resource and workforce management of the Revenue Cycle Management division – including both iMedX employees and sub‐contractors delivering services
* Supporting the growth and development of all people, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement through quality improvement cycles
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with client contract KPIs and service excellence
What You'll Bring to iMedX
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
* Clinical coding and clinical coding auditing experience – minimum of 10 years of experience
* Executive level health service experience – minimum of 15 years in a senior leadership role
* Proven experience in a leadership role focused on people management, customer service, or organizational excellence.
* Strong business and commercial acumen – including commercial modelling and management
* Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and service delivery models.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
* Experience in Health Information Management data use and data outcomes
* Data‐driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities.
* Minimum 5 years hospital experience, preferably at a tertiary level hospital with complex case mix
* Comprehensive knowledge of clinical coding, including ICD‐10‐AM, ACS and ACHI
