Looking to put your communication and organisational skills to work in a fast-paced, supportive setting? Our client is on the lookout for a Virtual Receptionist to handle high-volume inbound calls, manage customer requests, and provide seamless support across the business. 
This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, works autonomously, loves problem-solving, and can deliver exceptional customer service while working remotely. 
Location & Details 
Location: Work From Home (must have your own laptop, headset & reliable WiFi) 
Start Date: ASAP 
Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend) 
Hours: Rostering across Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (working 37.5 hrs each week) 
Pay Rate: $35.58/hour + super 
Key Responsibilities 
Manage approx. 150 inbound calls per day through a call queue. 
Triage and transfer customer enquiries to the appropriate departments. 
Conduct follow-up emails and outbound calls as required. 
Complete general administrative support tasks. 
Use systems including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Genesys effectively. 
What We’re Looking For 
Previous experience in a call centre, reception, or customer service role. 
Excellent communication and organisational skills. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 
Tech-savvy and confident with multiple systems. 
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
