Your new role
As the Manufacturing Finance Business Partner, you will be the key link between Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics. Your role will focus on delivering actionable insights through data analysis, supporting inventory control, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading cost-reduction initiatives across consumables and raw materials.
Driving inventory optimisation to reduce working capital.
Owning the quarterly standard cost review and supporting the wheel build process.
Preparing monthly manufacturing performance reports and variance analysis.
Supporting material planning, labour reporting, and freight cost analysis.
Championing continuous improvement through reporting automation and process documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
CA or CPA qualified with a strong finance background.
Proven experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
