Part-Time Customer Service & Telesales – Caboolture
Based in Caboolture | 15–30 hrs/week | Immediate Start
We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service & Telesales Representative to join our small team in Caboolture. This role is focused on supporting our existing customer base while also promoting products to other businesses (B2B).
This is not a typical “hard sales” role — customer service comes first, with sales being part of your day-to-day conversations.

What You’ll Do
- Make and receive calls to manage our existing customer database
- Provide friendly and professional customer service over the phone
- Promote and upsell relevant products and services (B2B)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with the team to meet goals while focusing on service quality
About You
- Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional manner
- Comfortable working to goals while prioritising customer needs
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
