This is a career-building full-time position supporting the financial and operational performance of a major retail asset.
You’ll work closely with an experienced Centre Manager and national retail operations team, taking ownership of tenant billings, financial administration, lease documentation and stakeholder coordination.
This role suits someone who enjoys structured financial work, thrives on accuracy and wants to build meaningful responsibility in a stable, respected portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly tenant billings, recharges and supporting schedulesManaging tenancy schedules, arrears reporting and financial data accuracyProcessing purchase orders, invoices and contractor paymentsSupporting reconciliations and centre financial reportingMaintaining lease files, renewals, variations, bank guarantees and insurancesAssisting with arrears management and tenant communicationProviding professional front-of-house support when required
About You
Background in finance, accounts administration or detailed commercial administration (property experience a bonus!)Strong numerical skills and attention to detailComfortable managing deadlines and structured processesProfessional communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholdersOrganised, dependable and proactiveInterested in building a long-term career in commercial property or finance
