Here’s what we’re looking for: Diploma Qualified You hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early CHildhood Education and Care (Or equivalent) and are confident in your skills. Framework-Savvy You’ve got a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)—and know how to bring them to life in a fun, engaging way. Experience with Young Children You've worked in early learning environments with children aged 0–5 and know how to create safe, supportive, and playful spaces. Great Communicator Whether it’s chatting with families, connecting with your team, or documenting learning—your verbal and written communication skills shine. Safety Ready You have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training).
