Job Description Service Desk Officer Paying $45-$50 per hour Super Immediate Start required Potential view to permanency We are seeking an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Technician to complete a contract with our client, a well known organisation based in Pemulwuy. You must have prior experience in Level 2/3 support and be able to start immediately. This is a contract based role with an immediate start, and a view to permanency. The Role Providing level 2/3 Support to users across the organisation Troubleshoot and support users with software, hardware and application issues Maintain and support Telephony and Voip systems Comply with service desk procedures Support users across multiple sites Contribute to continual process improvement You have Proven experience in a similar or equivalent role, and experience in a Service Desk environment. The ability to start immediately Experience with hardware, software and application troubleshooting, maintenance and support.
