Your Key Responsibilities
* Unlock the full potential of AI in the real estate and infrastructure sectors — from automation and analytics to smarter investment decisions.
* Collaborate with EY-Parthenon sector specialists to design AI‐powered solutions that drive impactful outcomes.
* Shape innovative, sustainable, and tech‐enabled strategies that challenge the status quo.
* Create engaging content to amplify our voice in the market.
* Educate and assist team members in implementing best practices for AI utilisation in real‐estate consulting.
* Stay updated on the latest AI technologies applicable to property and professional services.
* Work with management to develop AI‐driven processes that enhance client results.
Skills And Attributes for Success
* Strong experience in AI, data science, or machine learning (consulting, tech, or innovation experience is a plus).
* Solid understanding of AI platforms and tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Excel AI integrations, and Zapier.
* Comprehension of business process automation concepts.
* Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
* An insatiable curiosity for how AI is transforming industries — especially in city shaping, built environment, property, and urban infrastructure.
* Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial strategies.
