PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and professional Overnight Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team on a Part-Time basis.
The Role:
* Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager
* Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay
* Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay
* Create a great first and last impression of the Hotel
* Working overnight shift from 10pm to 7am across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Ideally you will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering gracious and dependable hospitality
* The resilience and confidence to handle guest inquiries and concerns
* The ability to anticipate guest needs
* A current driver's licence
* Ability to work a rotating roster
* A fun & supportive approach to teamwork
