As the Banking Community Leader, you’ll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB’s values and make a genuine impact on a beautiful community. You will be required to build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses to meet their banking needs, and be an advocate in community initiatives to increase awareness of NAB’s products and services.

In this role, you will
* Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction of a highly engaged team.
* Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
* Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensuring that your team understands the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy
* Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch
* Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division
