The Role

As Coviu's Community & Advisory Board Manager, you'll build and scale a high-impact customer community that drives growth, product adoption, and advocacy.

You'll lead Coviu's community and advisory programs, connecting and engaging healthcare professionals so they can learn from each other, share best practices, and become strong advocates for Coviu. You'll own the strategy and execution of community initiatives, customer advisory boards, and events that generate new leads, strengthen retention, and increase product adoption.

This is a hands‐on, end‐to‐end role for someone who values relationships, enjoys building programs from scratch, spots patterns quickly, and is comfortable owning outcomes. You'll also act as the voice of our community internally, shaping marketing, product, and customer success initiatives through insight and advocacy.

As Coviu's Community & Advisory Board Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Building and leading Coviu's Customer Advisory Board(s), establishing clear engagement rhythms and driving meaningful insight sharing
* Developing community champions and advocates for case studies, webinars, and co‐marketing initiatives
* Enabling peer‐to‐peer collaboration, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing across the community
* Identifying high‐impact customer use cases, behaviours, and trends, and turning insights into compelling content and thought leadership
* Identifying and empowering superusers and brand ambassadors to advocate for Coviu within their networks
* Driving engagement through customer webinars, masterclasses, and scalable community programs that strengthen retention and advocacy
* Owning the end‐to‐end community and customer event strategy, including webinars, roundtables, and high‐impact small events
* Managing partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with industry influencers, professional associations, and CPD providers
* Capturing and synthesising customer insights through interviews, surveys, and roundtables, and translating them into actionable recommendations
* Sharing regular community insight reports to guide product adoption, retention, and advocacy
* Owning and optimising community performance across engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy metrics
* Working cross‐functionally to ensure community initiatives align with Coviu's brand and growth strategy.

What you'll bring

* 3‐6 years' experience in marketing, community, or events
* Demonstrated success managing B2B relationships or professional communities
* Strong relationship‐building and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience coordinating events, webinars, or community programs
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working cross‐functionally
* Comfortable engaging with clinicians and senior healthcare stakeholders
* Understanding of digital marketing channels and HubSpot CRM (advantageous)
* Passion for healthcare, technology, and community‐led growth

* Experience building advocacy, ambassador, or advisory board programs
* Experience working with healthcare, SaaS, or professional services organisations
* Familiarity with digital community‐building strategies or engagement platforms
* A background in health technology or digital transformation
