Day to Day
In this role, you will support clients to build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills.
Responsibilities
* Conducting assessments and developing individualised therapy plans
* Delivering engaging and effective therapy interventions
* Collaborating with families, teachers, and allied health professionals
* Monitoring progress and adapting therapy plans as needed
* Maintaining clear and accurate clinical documentation
* Providing guidance and education to families and caregivers
* Creating a safe, motivating, and supportive therapy environment
* Using evidence-based practice to ensure the best outcomes for clients
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an OT who is passionate about helping others and enjoys working as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current AHPRA registration
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* A compassionate, client-centred approach
Location: Inner West Sydney
Pay: B Based on experience
