About The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of CHL properties in the region. Your responsibilities will include general maintenance duties such as repairs, maintenance, hands‑on gardening, and cleaning tasks, working closely with our maintenance team to maintain a secure and comfortable environment for our clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience and knowledge in the trade industry
- Experience in residential maintenance, commercial cleaning, grounds maintenance, general handyman duties or similar.
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships and working in partnership with others.
- Sound knowledge and application of WHS practices.
- White Card (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing
- Willingness to work flexibly across a multifaceted team
Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client‑related responsibilities must provide an NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
