Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Agronomist to join our team. As a Graduate Agronomist, you will play a key role in assisting clients in planning and executing crop strategies from sowing to harvest.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in developing comprehensive crop plans, taking into account factors such as soil type, climate, and market trends.
* Work closely with experienced agronomists to gain hands-on experience in various agricultural roles, including crop scouting and field trials.
* Identify potential pests and diseases within crops, and develop effective strategies for control and prevention.
* Participate in the preparation and running of field days and crop walks, providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
* Compile and prepare client reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
* Ensure accurate data recording in systems, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
