Exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a specialist practice in Western Sydney.
**Your new company**
Hays Office Support Team are proud to be partnering with one of Western Sydney's largest specialist Medical clinics in the recruitment of a permanent Receptionist Team Manager. This business pride themselves on providing the highest possible standard of medical care and customer service to their patients.
**Your new role**
You will be supporting the Admin Manager in leading a team of 20 receptionists across 3 different sites. You will be assisting with the training and development of the team and will be responsible for setting the example of what the customer experience should look like. Some duties will include basic reception duties, general admin, day to day supervision of the team and team building.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have experience in an office space environment in a team leader capacity. You will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team and managing a variety of different personalities. You will be passionate about team development and have the ability to identify the need for additional training. You will be adaptable and able to complete adhoc duties as they arise. You will be an all-rounder and enjoy variety in your day-to-day tasks.
Experience in HR is desirable
