Role: Casual Educator
Location: Toormina, NSW
Centre: Goodstart Toormina
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm
Pay: $42.34 – $46.10 per hour + super
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
* Engage and supervise children at all times.
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Comply with the National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Qualifications
* Hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
* Willingness to travel between local services.
* Flexible availability Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm.
