Product Specialist / Sales Specialist – Wound Care, Continence & Ostomy
B. Braun Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a relationship‐driven sales professional to champion our market‐leading Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care (WOC) portfolios across NSW North. This role bridges acute hospital systems and community/outpatient care pathways, reporting to the National Sales Manager, and collaborates with Marketing to ensure successful product training and implementation.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a relationship‐driven sales professional to step into a strategic territory management role. You will develop strong relationships with clinicians, distributors and key opinion leaders, and drive sales of high‐quality WOC products while enabling improved patient outcomes and opportunities to support strategic infection prevention projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Commercial Growth: Own and execute the sales strategy across NSW North to hit revenue targets and win competitive product conversions.
* Nurture Clinical Networks: Build enduring partnerships with Stomal Therapy Nurses, Wound Care Specialists, Surgeons, and local medical distributors.
* Deliver Consultative Solutions: Identify clinical and economic customer needs to introduce therapy adoption pathways across private and public healthcare systems.
* Lead Clinical Education: Plan and facilitate hands‐on product implementations and educational workshops for healthcare professionals and end‐users.
* Collaborate Cross‐Functionally: Partner internally with Marketing, Clinical Support, and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
* Manage Territory Intelligence: Maintain accurate pipelines within Salesforce (CRM) and feed back critical market trends and competitor activity.
About You
Ideally, your background will include:
* Proven experience in medical device sales. Exposure to Wound Care, Continence, or Ostomy portfolios is highly desirable.
* A strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle and procurement contracts within public and private hospital networks.
* A natural ability to manage complex, long‐term, relationship‐based sales and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
* Highly capable of managing your own schedule and working autonomously in the field while staying connected to a supportive team culture.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to comfortably present to both clinical staff and procurement teams.
Additional Requirements
To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver's Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required, and be fully vaccinated against COVID‐19.
