DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
4. Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client value
5. Manage complete tax compliance for diverse clients
6. Initiate client communication to foster strong relationships
7. Analyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparation
8. Create financial statements, track KPIs, and develop client goals
9. Identify avenues for enhancing client business growth
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
10. 2-3 years in professional practice as an Accountant
11. Familiarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidance
12. Skilled in managing client portfolios
13. Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
15. Demonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities
16. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
17. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
18. Proficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office
19. Enthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career
20. Passionate about supporting clients in business growth
