Overview
We are seeking a Theatre Supply Officer to join our team at Westmead Private Hospital. You will be working as part of our busy Stores and Theatre Supply team, providing effective management and distribution of stock in a fast-paced environment. You will work in WHS and Infection Control guidelines and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Scanning
Picking and packing of stock
Delivering stock to Theatre complex storerooms
Receiving stock deliveries to the hospital
Ordering stock to replenish to set levels using computer systems
Following up back orders
Liaising with internal and external customers
Skill and Experience
You will be a highly organised and process-focused individual with previous experience in a supply role. A high level of accuracy and time management skills with a strong team focus is essential.
Demonstrated experience in a supply position; any medical stock experience is highly regarded
Experience using SAP or other computerised inventory control systems
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft

Requirements
