Administration Officer
Our Administration Team is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our expanding administration team at Prince of Wales Private Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Perform a broad range of administration duties, including answering and redirecting calls, organising appointments and preparing admission paperwork, and conducting follow‐up requests and making reminder calls for visits.
* Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records.
* Perform Health Fund Checks as required.
* Manage the collection of excesses/co‐payments.
* Coordinate with staff from other departments.
* Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry.
Qualifications
* Authority to work in Australia.
* Working with Children check.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Experience with WebPas Hospital system (desired).
* Have a few years of administration experience.
* Works well independently and within a team.
* Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
