What You'll Do
* Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar, restaurant, and accommodation.
* Inspire and mentor your team, driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
* Be the point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to checkout.
* Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
* Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines, licensing laws, and all regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
* A proven leader with previous experience in hospitality management.
* A solid understanding of hospitality regulations, financial management, and best practices.
* Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers License & CLO.
* A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment.
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to handle problems on the spot.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
