**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Create, oversee, and modify proposals, tender submissions, expression of interest documents, company profile, and capability statements using Word and InDesign for our Melbourne office
- Develop visually appealing presentations for tenders
- Evaluate tenders and submissions for precision and coherence
- Support the maintenance and review of tender, submission, and presentation design templates
- Collaborate with Directors, Principals, and Engineers to devise, revise, and format reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Formulate and execute strategies to expand market presence, in collaboration with the Business Development Committee
- Aid in the design and upkeep of marketing materials & assist in generating and publishing social media content
- Develop and implement materials for lead generation efforts.
- Update and manage the knowledge library and image resources
**About you**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the building, architecture, or engineering sector.
- Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including proofreading and editing content with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organized, diligent, and dependable.
- Capable of managing and meeting multiple non-negotiable deadlines
