About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our clients' projects by implementing and maintaining effective subcontract and supply contract administration. You will work closely with project teams, suppliers, commercial and legal stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes across the full contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, issue and evaluate subcontract and supplier tender packages
* Draft, negotiate and execute subcontract, supply and consultancy agreements
* Manage contracts end-to-end, including variations, extensions, claims and close-out
* Maintain contract records, approvals and compliance within JDE and Contracts Portal
* Support procure-to-pay processes and liaise with Accounts Payable on payments
* Provide commercial advice and risk mitigation support to project teams
* Manage contractor performance, insurance compliance and contractual obligations
* Assist with procurement planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in procurement and contract administration within mining and/or construction
* Strong understanding of subcontract and supplier contract management
* High-level analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Sound knowledge of commercial and legal compliance requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Working knowledge of JDE (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
