Salary: $50,000 + Super (11.5%)

Role Overview
The Operations & Logistics Coordinator supports the smooth, behind-the-scenes running of Entertainment Emporium's events across Australia. This role is all about coordination, organisation, and care — ensuring performers, costumes, props, and event materials are beautifully prepared and delivered on time.
Working closely with the Director, you'll help keep the magic flowing day to day, contributing to high-quality event delivery while working within thoughtfully designed systems, processes, and checklists.

To coordinate performers, costumes, and event logistics so every Entertainment Emporium activation runs smoothly, looks exceptional, and feels magical — freeing the Director to focus on creative direction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Staffing & Performer Coordination
* Coordinate performers for events across Australia, ensuring correct allocation, briefing, and readiness
* Communicate clearly and warmly with performers regarding schedules, call times, logistics, and event expectations
* Oversee performer presentation, ensuring performers attend events looking exceptional, polished, and aligned with the Entertainment Emporium brand
* Support costume readiness and presentation; basic sewing or costume skills are considered a strong advantage
* Thrive on coordinating people, details, and moving parts so every event feels seamless and magical
Costumes & Props
* Coordinate inventory of costumes, wigs, props, and craft kits
* Organise cleaning, repairs, labelling, photography, and storage systems
* Prepare costumes and props for upcoming events using established checklists
Event Logistics
* Prepare performer packs and event kits
* Coordinate couriers and interstate logistics
* Maintain event checklists and run sheets
* Escalate issues promptly and support last-minute changes with calm confidence
Systems & Admin
* Maintain operational systems (Airtable or similar) for bookings and inventory
* Work within (and help refine) beautifully organised systems, processes, and checklists that keep everything running smoothly
* Maintain accurate operational data and support invoicing processes related to staffing and freight

Ideal Profile
* Experience in events, production, theatre, fashion, logistics, or administration
* Highly organised and systems-focused; enjoys lists, checklists, and coordination
* Strong eye for presentation, polish, and brand standards
* Tech-literate (Google Drive, Airtable, Slack, Canva)
* Calm under pressure and comfortable working to deadlines
* A natural organiser who enjoys coordinating people and making things look effortless
