We are seeking an experienced Mine Services Coordinator to join the leadership team at our Railton Mine. In this role you'll directly influence safe, reliable and efficient production that supports the broader site cement manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Mine Manager, you'll work collaboratively with the Railton Mine team, plant leadership team and our major mine services contractors to achieve production targets. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment, where timing, coordination and communication are critical to business success.

As a member of the Railton Mine leadership team, you'll play an active role in the mine's performance. Collaboration and communication are central to success, and your ability to engage effectively with internal teams, contractors, community and external stakeholders will directly influence outcomes.
This role offers scope for future career progression through exposure to mine leadership, planning, production and financial decision‐making.
Responsibilities
* Plan daily production, ensuring mine schedules align with production outputs
* Lead mine planning processes, including drill, blast, and shot initiation planning
* Coordinate drill and blast contractors, surveyors and other mine services contractors (excluding maintenance services)
* Provide visible safety leadership, including reviews of safety tools and investigations and feedback
* Contribute to mine finance and reporting, including production reports, stock management, cost reporting and POs/invoices.
* Provide input into forecasting, budget reviews and CAPEX optimisation
* Support mine quality and compliance administration
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage company land and properties
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years relevant mining industry experience, including understanding of mining legislation, licensing and conditions
* Tertiary qualifications in mining or relevant trade
* Experience in open pit mine and production planning, scheduling, budgeting and drill and blast (preferable)
* Demonstrated people leadership and/or contractor management experience
* A demonstrated commitment to safety, health, environment and quality
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite and SAP or similar systems
