* Provide academic and personal guidance to students.
* Develop and implement strategies to support student wellbeing.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student wellbeing.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Counselling or a related field.
* Proven experience in providing academic and personal guidance to students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to promoting the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all students.
