About the Role

The Territory Business Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the business in achieving sales targets, goals, and objectives of the division; to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes.

This role will be based in Adelaide and will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager for VIC & SA.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
* Build strong relationships with existing customers, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
* Successfully complete formal Rhythm Management training program, apply these skills in the field, and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
* Provide superior clinical support which involves direct patient, physician, and clinician interactions including, but not limited to, device implantation, device programming, and follow-up, technical troubleshooting, staff and patient education, site management, and coordination.
* Work with the broader Rhythm Management team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
* Have sound business knowledge of the territory, identifying competitor activities, participate in and manage appropriate tender agreements and customer policies and practices. Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
* Completion of relevant administration including reporting, stock validations, and management as well as database management.
* Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff as it relates to our Rhythm Management business.
* Participation in the on-call roster.
* To be available to support the broader ANZ RM business on an as-needs basis.
* Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services.

Your Experience and Skills

* Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success.
* Prior experience with Rhythm Management products is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Ability to gain clinical knowledge and technical understanding quickly.
* Ability to plan and prioritize a flexible work schedule.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Results-focused with a resilient, flexible approach.
* Fluent in productivity tools including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 suite applications.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Tertiary education (in science or business preferable).
