**We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front Office Manager to join our leadership team. **Ideally you will come from a similar 4-5 star Resort environment, managing a large team of Front Office and Concierge staff. Reporting to our Rooms Division Manager, you will mentor, develop and train your team to ensure that our guests have a wonderful experience from the time that they check in right through to their departure.
**Requirements**:
- Lead, train and mentor the Front Office Team which includes, Front Office, Telephonist and Hosts.
- Management of budgets, wages costs, forecasting, profit and loss
- Well presented with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Nurture a professional, high-quality service orientated environment
- Anticipate guests needs and exceed their expectations
- Develop, implement and monitor service standards
- Ability to problem solve with a high level of attention to detail
- Build and develop long lasting internal and external relationships
**Your Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role with a 4-5 star hotel/resort
- Experience with budget control and rostering
- Demonstrated experience maximising room revenue, occupancy and management of daily stats
- Strong organisational skills with a clear focus on quality and standards
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite). Fidelio or Opera System experience essential
- Strong understanding of IT system interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to train, lead and motivate a customer excellence focused team
- Effective time management and organisational skills
