**The Position**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Support hiring across the business, provide support to the Head of Talent and Development.
- Provide succinct documentation and interview notes.
- Capture job details using internal process.
- Responsible for updating CRM and Recruitment software.
- Understand and analyse the market and emerging trends
- Conduct relevant pre-employment checks
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Strong technical understanding with an interest in technology and innovation.
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment role with end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Process-driven and organised
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment in an internal capacity.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
