Our client is an Australian Designer brand that sustainably produces timeless pieces for the modern woman. They are looking for a motivated, experienced manager to oversee their Hyde Park boutique within the Metro Shopping Centre.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Motivate and lead an established team by creating a supportive and inspirational work environment
- Build and nurture long lasting client relationships through warm service and providing individualised stylistic guidance
- Drive sales and monitor KPIs as set by the company
- Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and rostering, ensuring the store is functioning at maximum operational efficiency
**About You**
- Driven, dedicated Store Manager with experience in the fashion industry and outstanding leadership skills
- Articulate communication and strong proven customer relationship management skills
- A good eye for detail, with exceptional styling and visual merchandising skills
- A positive, upbeat and friendly demeanor that translates through your customer service and leadership presence
