At Dispensed, we are passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential by supporting better health outcomes. We believe that access to innovative and alternative therapies can transform lives. Through our telehealth platform, we facilitate patient access to affordable, efficient, and reliable alternative medicine services across Australia, NZ and the UK.

About The Role

We're looking for a Paid Social Content Producer to join our growing Marketing team at Dispensed and VeteranCann. This is a hands‐on, execution‐focused role where you'll be responsible for producing high‐performing content for paid social, primarily across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) with additional work across YouTube and other performance channels. You will work closely with the Marketing team to ideate, create and iterate short‐form video and static content—working both behind the scenes and on camera—to drive patient growth. As we continue to scale, this role is critical in ensuring our paid campaigns have a steady pipeline of fresh, platform‐specific creative optimised for performance. You'll collaborate across the business, helping us communicate patient‐first messaging while developing your own skills in a fast‐moving, deeply creative environment.

What You'll Own

* Produce short‐form video content and creative assets for paid social, primarily across Meta, with support across YouTube.
* Partner with Josh (Digital Advertising Specialist) to develop and iterate ad creative that supports campaign performance.
* Work with Sam (Senior Marketing Lead) to deliver and refresh performance‐led creative across channels.
* Ideate, script and edit content that aligns with direct‐to‐consumer best practices and platform‐specific trends.
* Create variations of ads including new hooks, formats, captions and thumbnails to support ongoing testing.
* Produce simple graphics and supporting assets, with the option to outsource more complex design when needed.
* Support creative execution across other marketing initiatives as required.

What You'll Need

* 2+ years of experience producing content for paid social or performance‐led marketing, ideally in a DTC or ecommerce‐style business.
* Strong video editing skills and confidence using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar.
* Understanding of what makes paid social content convert, including hooks, pacing, formats, CTAs and audience insights.
* Comfortable being on camera and presenting naturally in short‐form paid social video content.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and deliver consistently.
* A proactive, execution‐first mindset and someone who enjoys rapid testing, learning and iteration.
* Bonus points for basic to intermediate graphic design skills, with the ability to produce simple assets independently.

What We Offer

* Flexible, fully remote working – work from anywhere
* A competitive salary designed to reward your impact
* A supportive and positive work environment
* Opportunities to grow and develop your career
* Opportunity to transform lives through alternative medicine
