Overview
We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic full time Apprentice Baker & a Bakers Assistant to join our fast paced growing team.

* Have the capacity to work full time
Experience
* Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) - ideal, but not essential.
* Completion of Bakers Apprenticeship - ideal, but not essential.
* Previous Bakers Delight experience - ideal, but not essential.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years' bread production experience (fully qualified bakers only).
* Strong Communication skills.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety.
Person Specification
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* A commitment to total Customer satisfaction to both internal and external Customers.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and work within a team environment.
