About the Role

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Renal Dialysis, you will provide proficient, person‐centred nursing care while supporting the leadership and coordination of the unit. You will oversee care delivery, monitor patient outcomes, and contribute to the effective operation of the service. You will assist the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager with clinical, education and management activities, including coordinating services, supporting staff development, and contributing to rostering and resource planning. You will provide leadership within the team, support a positive learning culture, and contribute to quality improvement and research activities to enhance patient care outcomes.

About You

* You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practising certificate.
* You must be registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
* You must have demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
* You must have experience in the supervision of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
