The Opportunity
A fantastic full-time opportunity has opened for a hard-working and vibrant Receptionist to join our team. The role will see you being the face of Beca, greeting visitors and clients to our office and professionally handling calls. You will also help with administrative tasks such as organising couriers, stationery, scanning/filing/archiving documents and ensuring reception and all meeting rooms are maintained and presented professionally at all times.
About You
Your experience so far will see you have great practical problem-solving skills and an ability to juggle competing demands. Working autonomously, you'll have good attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office and a positive attitude to help makes things happen and "Make Everyday Better". We are looking for someone who is tenacious, confident and a collaborative team player – someone willing to learn. You will bring a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy juggling multiple priorities. We value authenticity and we want you to bring your whole self to work.
