About You
This role would suit someone currently working in bathroom showrooms, plumbing or building supply stores, or kitchen/renovation retail environments.
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
You'll assist with product selections, prepare quotes and help guide customers through bathroom and kitchen options for their renovation or building project.
Responsibilities include
The successful candidate will:
* Assisting builders, renovators, designers and homeowners in the showroom
* Providing advice on bathroom and kitchen product selections
* Preparing quotes and helping customers compare product options
* Reading basic plans and understanding renovation requirements
* Processing sales orders and coordinating with warehouse/logistics
* Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming showroom
You will bring
* Experience in showroom or trade sales
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to guide customers through product selections
* Confidence preparing quotes and using sales systems
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
Qualifications
* Qualifications in Sales, Business, Retail or Interior Design (desirable but not essential).
